TMM (Thorpe Molloy McCulloch) Recruitment is an independent recruitment agency based in Aberdeen.
In 2019, with a change to the company structure and name, a new brand and website were required.
Our challenge was to evolve the brand whilst maintaining their existing values. Our brief for the web design was to “Build us an award-winning website!”.
A fresh, bold brand was established, with clearly defined guidelines for both online and offline materials.
The website was rebuilt from the ground up, with a total re-examination of the existing site including content and usability, with a focus on improving ease of use and encouraging high levels of engagement.
Finally, measurement tools and metrics were established to provide feedback on key areas. We chose Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to record key actions and establish potential audiences for future marketing.
As for award winning... the new site is a finalist in the Best Recruitment Website 2020 category in the S1Jobs Awards, competing with huge brands such as Mercedes Benz and Balfour Beatty - fingers crossed.
