Working with a world leader in Food and Facilities Management services, has been a real and rewarding challenge for the team at Internet Strategies

We were asked to deliver a single web portal where all HSE and information for employees and managers could be simply accessed and retrieved.

Traditionally this material would be delivered via email or in a printed format. Sodexo management realised that whilst this worked , the web offered greater control and ability to present information in a much more informative and useful manner.

Our developers worked with Sodexo to design a multilevel access control system , ensuring that users whether that be manager or employees, were only presented with information relevant to their role and position. Careful consideration was given to this at the outset, ensuring that the site was both simple and useful, but at the same time scalable.

Our designers were also very careful to ensure that the web site reflected the new Sodexo brand, working carefully with the corporate communication teams.

We are continuing to work with Sodexo to bring new and innovative features, and have also helped design printed brochures and handbooks, to compliment the online services.
