Fisken Motor Group is a well established car dealership, operating from their base in Forfar. The company has two main dealership Franchises for Vauxhall and Kia.
The brief was to establish a new site as the previous supplier had failed to deliver on promises and the site was under achieving and under performing in almost every aspect.
Internet Strategies were selected to develop the new site. The site had to show case the current range of vehicles available from the two brands , but also allow Fisken’s staff the ability to update the site with used vehicles stock.
Critical to the success was that this system was designed to be truly scalable and simple and easy to use by staff that had base level computer skills.
Training was delivered via the phone and took less than two hours to implement per user.
Internet Strategies have been retained on an ongoing basis to provide support, for the web site for a further two years from launch. Internet Strategies carry out all content changes (bar used car stock), as it was deemed that this was the most cost effective solution and would ensure that the high production / brand values were maintained throughout the project lifecycle and in the future.
The site was delivered on time and in budget and has been deemed a major success.
